Progress Report X64 - Final Inspection
The subject building has been completed. The structural
elements of the building are satisfactory. The structural fab-
rication of the building meets the Massachusetts code of require-
ments . Fire detection and fire extinguishers are in place and
satisfactory.
From an engineering standpoint , I recommend the occupancy
permit be granted for this unit .
The concern over the handicap accessibility of the structure
has not been resolved to date . I recommend the matter be discussed
and resolved as soon as possible . The original classification
of the unit as a private horse stable needs to be clearly defined.
