To whom it may concern,
Enclosed please find a Sign Permit Application for our client Banknorth. We are requesting
a permit for the purpose of installing a 2' x 8' temporary banner at their location. The
banner is to announce their new extended Thursday hours and we are requesting permission
to for it to hang from May 15, 2005 —August 15, 2005.
Enclosed you will find the permit application, letter of authorization from TD Banknorth, a
drawing of the proposed sign, and a check for the permit fee.
We are requesting that if possible you mail the permit to: The Sign Center 40 Orchard
