Dear Mr. Anthony Pattillo:
As we discussed earlier on the phone our firm needs to verify if we would be allowed to deduct
the shelving within the Wal-Mart Store from our square footage in order to calculate the
occupant load for this project. As a result of our conversation it is my understanding that we are
able to deduct the square footage of the shelving in order to calculate occupant load. If you
would please initial this and fax back I would greatly appreciate it. I just need this for my files.
