6. Description of Proposed Use/Work/Project/Occupation:
The proposed project would consist of modifications to the existing 8,568 square
foot Garden Center and shadecloth area located along the northeast corner of the
existing Wal-Mart facility. Specifically, the modifications proposed call for the
removal of approximately 3,608 square feet of shadecloth within the existing_
Garden Center area. Once removed, that portion of the Garden Center would be
replaced with glazed canopy enclosure. Additional site improvements inclusive
of storm drainage devices, curbing sidewalks and utilities (within the vicinity of
the Garden Center) are also anticipated in association with this project
