Please be advised that the sign located at the corner of Cooke
Ave. , advertising Pines Edge Condominiums must be removed immediately.
See enclosed copy of the City ordinances that the signs must be on the
lot for sale only not on other property not for sale.
Also the sign on Riverside Dr. must be removed immediately for it
is much larger than the six (6) sq. ft . allowed by zoning (see enclose
If you have any furhter questions pertaining to this matter please

on these signs and must take action. If I do not here from you upon
receipt of this letter I will assume your signs will have been removed
