Description of listed work:
1. Building a 11'6"x 22' pressure treated deck with a 6'6"x 8'attached'L'. We will install five'Big Foot'
concrete-filled footings, use 4 x 4 pt for support; 2"x 8"pt 16" on center for the floor joists and finish the
decking with 5 1/4 cedar or comparable. All railings to be cedar, 36" high with spindels spaced 4"on center
vertically apart. We will finish the underneath with vinyl lattice and install one set of T wide stairs leading to
the yard.
2. Install one Mastic vinyl white replacement window,which will bean awning window with Low-E glass and
diamond grids.
3. The first floor bathroom includes new 5'tub/shower unit, Delta 1748 shower valve, one pedastal sink and one
new toilet. Also, install one ground fault outlet. Update plumbing as needed. Install one oak toilet-cabinet and
medicine cabinet and prepare and install linoleum for the floor with a$28 per square yard allowance.
4. Install 1/2"sheetrock over existing ceilings,taped 3 coats, sand and sponge. Install cove-moulding, ready for
primer and paint by others.
5. Masonary allowance,which includes checking the chimney, above the roof and in the attic and reparing
as recommended.
6. On the first floor, front and rear porch roofs, we will strip the existing roofs, check for damage, install 1/2"
plywood and new flashing behind the siding and install new 25-30 yr roofing to code.
7. Install new entrance door for the rear which will be one 2'8"x 68",#S151.
8. Supply and install three Pella full-view storm doors, front to be custom-made, size 34"x 6' 10".
9. The second floor bathroom, same as first floor bathroom except for removing and closing existing window&
installing a fan-light combination.
10. Install four new 'Big Foot'footings for front porch supports.
