Dear Bruce:
I received a complaint from Thelma Madsen of 78 Straw Avenue that David
Paddock who lives with his mother Jean Paddock at 14 Garfield Avenue
was installing a fence between the Madsen and Paddock properties.
Ms. Madsen explained that the fence was not set back from the property
line and was actually on her property in one place.
Ms. Madsen left for vacation on Sunday, June 11, 1989 but would like
this matter resolved.
