Dear Ms. Padeck:
This office has recently received a complaint reguarding unregistered motor
vehicles and parts of motor vehicles being stored at the above listed address.
Upon checking the file there appears to be a history of this offense that
dates back to September of 1977. Please be advised this is still not allowed in
the Zoning Ordinances for the City of Northampton under Section 8.10 Paragraph 17
(enclosed).
Please respond to this Department in writing within thirty (30) days as to your,
intentions on disposing of these vehicles and parts stored on your property so to
avoid further action.
