The existing shed has deteriorated over the years and is going to be replaced with a structural steel building with metal roof and walls. As with the original shed, support will be provided by existing structural systems which support the aggregate bins and the concrete ramp. As with the original shed, this new building will not be heated. In addition, the owners will be responsible for any electrical work which will be required. Electrical work will include wiring of the overhead door motor and might also include some interior and exterior lining.
