Gentlemen:
On November 11 , 1994 , I inspected the above referenced project .
The following construction has been completed and except as noted
found to be in compliance with applicable codes and construction
documents for this project :
1 . The majority of the Butler structural steel components for
the new bin enclosure have now been delivered to the job
site . Pre-assembly of these components has begun on the
ground and the entire assembly will be lifted in place when
completed .
2 . This assembly will be supported on existing reinforced
concrete foundations and retaining wall structures .

4 . Erection of steel components for this new bin enclosure is
basically being completed as designed, however, minor
modifications have been required as necessary due to
existing conditions which have been uncovered during the
course of construction. All work is being properly
completed and no plan changes are necessary at this time.

Gentlemen:
Since my last report dated November 11 , 1994
construction has been completed, inspected as owing
found to be in compliance with applicable codes and construction
documents for this project :
1 • All remaining Butler pre-engineered metal building
components for the bin enclosure have now been delivered to
the job site.
2 • Structural reinforcement of several existing structural
steel support components was required to
the new bin enclosure. This reinforcementrhas beention of
completed as necessary and is adequate .
3 . Erection of the Butler pre-engineered metal building system
has begun. All structural steel columns, beams, roof
purlins and wall girts have now been erected and bolted in
Place. Anchor bolts for columns supported by
existing
reinforced concrete retaining walls have been
and epoxy grouted in place , pre-drilled
bottom support beams have been uweldedfando bolted oasmdesigned
to the existing structural system below.
Galvanized steel framing for the overhead door opening has
also been erected.
Approximately 90% of the Butler exterior metal wall panels
and fiberglass insulation has now been erected.
Butler ribbed metal roof panels have been placed at the roof
top level , however, installation has not yet been completed.

Gentlemen:
Since my last report dated November 25 , 1994 , the following
construction has been completed, inspected and except as noted
found to be in compliance with applicable codes and construction
documents for this project :
1 . As previously reported, all structural reinforcement of
existing steel support components for the new bin enclosure
has been completed as necessary.
2 . Erection of the Butler pre-engineered metal building system
for this bin enclosure is now basically complete. This
includes all structural steel columns , beams , wall girts ,
roof purlins, exterior metal wall panels and Butler ribbed
metal roofing .
Galvanized steel framing has been installed at the overhead
door opening supports .
Installation of exterior metal trim is now approximately 50%
complete .
3 . At the bottom of the new exterior metal wall panels, there
is an approximate 6" opening in the exterior wall between
the new bin enclosure and the existing structure . The
original design for this bin enclosure does not call for
closure of this area.
4 . The new overhead door unit has not yet been installed.
