Interiors to have one prime and 2 finish coats latex paint. 9.03 Drywall Walls will be 318 or 1/2" standard gypsum wallboard taped with three coats and finished smooth ready for painting. PART 11 EQUIPMENT 11.03 Window shades by owner PART 15 MECHANICAL 15.01 Heating Provide and install Heatmaker boiler vv/ sufficient capacity to meet the space heating needs of the project. Provide and install baseboard radiation. See contract for zone options. 15.02 Electrical Furnish sufficiently to satisfy local codes and inspections. Provide 4 gang outlet in built-in stereo cabinet. Provide speaker wire under floor from stereo unit to display units. Light as indicated on drawings in stereo unit. PART 16 MISC. PART 7 THERMAL AND MOISTURE PROTECTION 7.02 Flashing Site manufactured flashing with drip edge to be installed at top of window unit. 7.03 Exterior siding Match siding of existing house .
