To whom it may concern:
This office and the undersigned, on behalf of Robert Ficcara, is trying to evaluate the
possibility of splitting off a parcel of land from 117 Straw Avenue (URB Zoning) through
the use of Dimensional Averaging under Section 6.3 (2) of the Northampton Zoning
Regulations. We understand that the first step in this evaluation is to go through the
permit review process with the Northampton Building and Planning offices.
A copy of the proposed lot separation is attached for your review. The proposed parcel
will remain dimensionally as originally divided in the subdivision plan for Corticelli Silk
Company in 1925 and recorded in H.C.R.D. Book 8, Page 40.
