The above listed Building Permit was issued December 2, 1987, strictly for
Commercial Use and not Residential . This use was agreed and that you understood.
As I expalined to you, residential uses in a Special Industry Zone in not allowed.
Therefore, all phases of construction must ahere to the Industry Zoning.
Until the plumbing meets all code requirements, I hereby revoke the Building
