Date AdGUST 14 1930 Applicant's Signature �� DECISION OF THE � 15� � ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS /Nr JY The Zoning Board of Appeals for the City of Northampton met on June 16, 1982 and voted unanimously to grant the petition of William Letendre for a variance to convert a storage building on Old Quarry Road into a single family home. Based upon the evidence presented to the Board, the Board made the follow- ing findings in regard to the variance: i 1. The proposed variance was requested from the provisions of Section 6.2 of the Zoning Ordinance. 2. The lot on which the building is located is unique in that it contains 32 acres of land, but has a frontage provided only by a 16 foot driveway. 3. That denial of the petition for a variance would result in financial hardship if the lot, which meets all the require- ments except frontage, could not be used. i Ij 4. The proposed use will not derogate from the intent of the Zoning Ordinance since a single family home is allowed by right in this URB Zone. i 5 . The proposed use will not be detrimental to the neighborhood, but rather, it will enhance the area. However, the variance is granted subject to the following conditions: �i 1.
