Every morWft since last Tbwsdary, tept Sunday, heavy equipment
has been operating at the;former sta hospital grounds beginning at
just after 6 a.m. From across the rlverr it sounds like the equivalent of
heavy jack-hammering.
It is our understanding that a city or nance specifit�lly dictates that
this type of construction activity can begin earlier than 7 a.m.
Would you please took into this situa a and ensure that construction
activity is not taking place outside oft a time parameters allowed by the
city.
