Dear Cecil :
On April 15, 1980 I am appearing before the License Commission asking
for an extension of Use/Premises of my all alcoholic license to include
a lawn patio.
My request is as follows:
1 . To place tables w/ umbrellas (approximately
10 or less) on the front lawn during the
Summer months and good weather periods.
2. Serve alcoholic beverages and soft beverages
in plastic cups.
3. Serve light lunches , Hors d'oeurves, and popcorn.
4. Hours will be 11 :00 AM - 9:00 or 10:00 PM
No later.
5. We will have Cocktail waitress or waitrers
and a bartender.
6. A fence will be erected facing the road.
7. Entrance to the patio area will be through the
parking lot and front door.
I would appreciate your sending a letter to the Commission which
supersedes your memo sent to them dated March 18, 1980, and explain to
them our conversation in your office on April 3rd.
Enclosed are plans of the layout. I appreciate your assisting me
in this matter.
