Dear Mr. Cahillane,
In reviewing the files for the Damon Road dealership projects, it was brought to my attention that
a final landscaping plan has not yet been submitted. If you recall during the Planning Board
hearing process, two landscaping plans were submitted. As a result of this,the Planning Board
picked the preferred planting features from each one and required them to be incorporated into
the site plan. As you are nearing completion of the site work and the landscaping is not yet in
place, I am enclosing a copy of the landscaping plans approved by the Planning Board so that the
project will be in compliance prior to the requesting of and receipt of a final occupancy permit.
If you have any questions regarding the information enclosed with this letter,please do not
