17C-262 (3) I am now seeking the assistance of the Building Department to enforce
city laws and ordinances which will limit the use of the land for which it is
designated "R/R".
In the past I have spoken with Peter McErlain of the Health Department
who informed me that there may be numerous health violations. Unfortunately,
he stated he was limited to taking any action unless requested by the building
inspector.
There is no running water or shower facilities on the premises and as far
as sanitary facilities go, they are primitive and archaic to say the least.
There is also a question of the quality of the pond water that is used for
swimming and bathing by the general public.
Your review and assistance on this matter will be appreciated. Since the
summer is on its way and numerous picnic tables are already in place, time is
of the essence.
Sincerely,
William . o
