Present and voting were: Chairman Robert C. Buscher, Kathleen M. Sheehan and Sanford Weil, Jr. I I The findings were as follows: K. Sheehan found that the use is listed in the Table of Use Regulations as a Special Permit; that the requested use bears a positive relation- ship to the public convenience, as the house has been in disrepair for a number of years and the safety of the neighborhood will benefit from the renovation of this structure; that the requested use will not create undue traffic congestion nor impair pedestrian safety; that the requested use will not overburden municipal systems; that Article XI does not apply; that the requested use will not unduly impair the integrity or character of the district and is in harmony with the intent of the Ordinance, as there are a number of two-family dwellings and a four- ! family dwelling in the area.
