Northampton, County of Hampshire, Massachusetts, known as Florence,
more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a stone bound on the easterly side of said North Main
Street, the same being the southwesterly corner of the premises
herein conveyed and the northwesterly corner of the premises now or
formerly of Henry W. Warner; thence running Easterly along said
