of *'I-alth and the Office of '-Iaildin-- Insrections, indf-cited t",151t loft area of this nOn-

use of the building is a violation of the l'orthanoton Zcningg Ordinances, the pro-
perty is zoned for sp/ecial business. Al o, the follo-ring violations of Article II
of tl-..e State Sanitary Code., "Vinimum. Standards of FitT.)ess for Fabitation",
were noted:

2. lack of toilet
3. lack of second exit
The Northarmpton Board of Health finds that these rajor violations are
