PUBLIC NOTICE
The Northampton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a meeting on
Wednesday, March 4, 1992 at 7:00 p. m. in Council Chambers, Wallace
J. Puchalski Municipal Building, V12 Main Street, Northampton, to
conduct Public Hearings on the following:
-A request by Ronald G. White for a Special Permit and Site Plan
Approval to allow renewal of a home occupation involving diem�aking
and specialty printing at -17 NORTH MAIN STREET, FLORENCE.
-A request by Northampton Limited Partnership for a variance to
allow a new sign at Atwood Drive and Mt. Tom Road.
-A request by Florence Architectural Investment Corporation for a
Special Permit/Site Plan Review for a new medical/dental office
building, for a Special Permit for a ten foot reduction in the
landscaped buffer abutting a residential zone, for a finding to
allow a new use in a pre-existing non-conforming building, and for
a finding to allow a change to a pre-existing non-conforming
building at 10 MAIN STREET, FLORENCE.
Copies of the Applications are available for public inspection
during regular business hours in the Office of Planning and
Development, City Hall.
