After speaking with the building commissioner he advised me to send this package to you. I'm
working with Sprint to get a 2012 building permit at 170 Glendale Road for closed out. The
building commissioner advised me to send a check for$25 for a new permit card and the CCA
from the engineer over to you in order to get this completed. He would then go out and inspect
the site and shoot me over a copy of the signed permit.
In this package I have included the $25 check, a copy of the CCA, and a copy of the
construction drawings in case you do not have those on file.
The signed off permit can be emailed to me at teuloth @hpcwireless.com. Please feel free to call
