I, Joseph Vinci, of Northampton, Massachusetts, hereby
depose and state the following:
1 . I owned the building located at 16 North Maple Street,
Florence, Massachusetts from June 1, 1973 until February
15, 1990 .
2 . The property was divided into eleven ( 11) rooms and
one ( 1 ) apartment in 1974 . I rented the rooms and the
apartment. The property was used as a lodging house during
the full tenure of my ownership

first purchased the property at 16 North Maple Street,
Florence, it has been used as a lodging house.
