Dear Mr. McCarthy:
I am writing in my capacity as the attorney for Todd and
Laurie Sienkiewicz relative to your letter of June 2, 2005
addressed to Chief Russell P. Sienkiewicz of the Northampton
Police Department . I am writing to inform you that my client
acknowledges your legal right to enter upon my client ' s property
pursuant to the requirements of MGLC 266, Section 120 (B) . As
such my client anticipates that all of your activities on their
property will be in compliance with the requirements of the
statute . In order to facilitate this process I am writing to
request that you name my clients as an "additional insured" on
the Builder ' s Risk policy which I understand to be in effect
with respect to the renovations which you are undertaking. I
would appreciate your faxing me an insurance binder to this
effect as soon as possible so that I will have it in hand prior
to your anticipated "start date" of next Tuesday, June 14th. My
