This is one of those insulated metal panel coolers that comes in 3 ft panels and is assembled on site. have the drawing noted that it is to sit on pressure treated sleepers right on the ground. This would in my opinion constitute a temporary structure and therefore not need any zoning control? They would actually like to put this cooler on a cast in place concrete slab with a 4-ft frost wall. I have 2 questions for you. 1. Is it ok to put the cooler in this location? It will not effect any parking and believe they have plenty of parking. I have attached the survey, but Constantine told me he has more parking than is shown on the drawing. The parking he is talking about is on the west side of Depot St. in the back. M haven't done the parking calculations for both Ms Flos and Alexander's but they really have a lot of parking in the back. 2. Is it ok for them to put this cooler on a permanent concrete slab? The slab would be flush with the pavement at the building and slightly raised at the outside edge since the site slopes away from the building. Thanks, Call me or I will check with you next week.
