All interior carpentry, plumbing, electric and HVAC. Flooring in retail area. Suspended ceilings.
All sitework, paving, landcaping and parking lot striping.
Stairs to mezzanine. Lighting, heating and ventilation in warehouse area installed and operable.
OBSERVATIONS
All emergency lighting and exit signs per code.
Lever handles all interior doors. Panic bars on exterior doors. Rails on stairway per code.
Men's, women's bathrooms-ventilation, GFI outlets, handicap grab bars, handicap fixtures.
Handicap parking spaces dilineated and signed. Accessible entrance.
INFORMATION OR ACTION REQUIRED
Work has been completed in general compliance with the plans and specifications. Building is ready for
occupancy.
NOTES
Owner installed storage mezzanine is not included as part of this inspection.
