Hi Louis-
I have not seen sketches of this work,but it sounds as though it is essentially an in-kind replacement,
potentially with some slightly larger footings,and will likely be well under the one cubic yard threshold at
which review would be needed.
If you have any concerns please let me know,but otherwise the work is exempt.
