THE BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS
The undersigned respectfully petition your honorable body for
permission to dace awning over sidewalk at #131-4137 Main Street, Florence.
The applicant agrees to make arrangements satisfactory to the Chief of
Police of Northampton to place any and all barricades, ropes, signs and
lights necessary to protect pedestrians, drivers and persons from accident
and harm, to hold the City of Northampton, its Departments and officers
harmless from any and all liability arising from damage or suit brought
as a result of this permit. The applicant hereby further agrees to restore
the roadway to its condition prior to the start of work. A minimum of 4 feet
of sidewalk must be maintained free of obstruction at all times for
pedestrians to pass.
