Our office is in receipt of the FINAL COURT DECISION on your recent request for an
extension on the case as referenced above. Your request has been denied.
We will proceed with the removal of all items from the lot and expect to be on the site, Monday,
June 1, 2015 to start the process of clearing the property of all items. Regardless of any
appeal by you.
You have the right to appeal this decision in accordance with the current zoning ordinance
bylaws and M.G.L 40A, 8, 15 and 17. You may also contest this action in accordance with
M.G.L 40 & 21 D.
