Dear Fred:
Just to follow-up on our conversation of this noon, it is my
sad duty to inform you that the Board of Directors voted to remove
our building at Keyes _Streetj One of the requirements of the
Zoning Board in 19 6`was that we must have additional parking if we
were to utilize our third floor. That time has come, and there
doesn ' t appear to be an alternative to our decision.
We ask that you vacate the premises by December 31, 1993 .
You have been a great tenant, and we appreciate all you have
done for us .
