this lot is a wood frame house that was recently purchased by the bank.

The bank is proposing a 16,774 sq.ft. addition to be added to the north side of the existing building. The 24 space parking lot
would be removed and the remaining area would become open space. The existing wood frame house to the north would be

management structures, lighting, and plantings.
