As you know, we are considering eliminating the wheelchair lift on the back of the building by
stair# 5. This entrance/exit will be used exclusively as a Itrnlr�tlf5 by the bank.
Further, I have confirmed that the two remaining handicap accessible exits/entrances, as required
per code, would be in full compliance with section 1006.5 Length of Access Travel of 780 CMR as
well as Sections 1007.0, Accessible Means of Egress, and 1011.0 Exit Access Passageways and
Corridors. Please review and let me know if you concur with our assessment
