installation at Florence Savings Dank.
The product you outlined may be used with the foilowing conditions;
a. You must notify our department 48hrs prior to ins-allati,
b. You must be present when installation is done to verify that
the produict is being applied as specified.
c. You will the supply the building department a report confirming
you presence and that the product has keen applied as per manufactors
requirements.

This is to confirm that I was present at the Bank for the inspection of the vapor
barrier paint installation.
The application was applied 6 mils wet to meet the manufacturer's specification
for 3 mils dry. This was verified utilizing a Gardner wet film thickness gauge.

As you know, we are considering eliminating the wheelchair lift on the back of the building by
stair 4 5. This entrance/exit will he used exclusively as agrviy�gnlrrtW by the bank.
Further, i have confirmed that the two remaining handicap accessible exits/entrances, as required
per code,would be in full compliance with section 1006.5 Length of Access Travel of 790 CMR as
well as Sections 1007.0, Accessible Means of Egress, and 1011.0 Exit Access Passageways and
Corridors. Please review and let me know if you concur with our assessment.
