Dear Mr. Patillo,
This is to confirm that I was present at the Bank for the inspection of the vapor
barrier paint installation.
The application was applied 6 mils wet to meet the manufacturer's specification
for 3 mils dry. This was verified utilizing a Gardner wet film thickness gauge.

Dear Tony,
As you know, we are considering eliminating the wheelchair lift on the back of the building by
stair # 5. This entrancelexit will be used exclusively as a A���n�r�!lf.v by the bank.
Further, 1 have confirmed that the two remaining handicap accessible exits/entrances, as required
per code, would be in full compliance with section 1006.5 Length of Access Travel of 780 CMR as
well as Sections 1007.0, Accessible Means of Egress, and 1011.0 Exit Access Passageways and
Corridors- Please review and let me know if you concur with our assessment.
