Dear Tony,
It has rceently come to my attention that while you were inspecting the project, you made a
comment about the clear openings that had been established between the nc% building and addition
along the egress path. 521 CMR section 26.1.1 allows for a clear opening oi'32" as long as the
depth of the opening is 24"or less. In both cases were this exists at the bank, the openings are at
least 32"clear and no more than IS" deep_ T believe we fall under this exception according to 521
CMR. Please let inc know if you do not concur.
