We will gut the existing drop-ceiling and supply and install a new drop-ceiling,white with 2'x 2'recessed drop-ceiling panels as to match with Phase I. We will trim as needed,prepare floor as needed for new carpet and pad and install carpet and padding to match as in Phase I with a $30 per sq.yard allowance for carpet and padding. We will paint all walls and trim in this 25'x 26'area,color customer's choice with a$2000 allowance included in the price. All rubbish removal and cleanup is included.
