Standing infront of and facing the hopse from Wilder P1. , the fence
on -t-he left side of the house between the house and the property fenceis
missing. Also, to the right side and rear or' the house, there is no fence

SUBJECT: Violation City Ordinance
Attached is a copy of a report submitted by Special
Police Officer Christopher N. Bak. Officer Bak
noticed, while on foot patrol, that an inground
pool owned by Mr. Erwin L. Brady had incomplete
fencing around it. Officer Bak tried on several
occasions to contact Mr. Brady regarding this
situation, but was unable to.
This matter is brought to your attention so appro-
priate action may be taken by your Department.
