you are hereby notified that you are in violation of the City of Northampton's
ZONING ORDINANCE(s), ARTICLE(s) S & 8 , SECTION(s) 5.1 & 8.10-17 and are ORDERED

1. CEASE AND DESIST' immediately, all functions connected with this
violation, on or at the above mentioned premises.

Dear Mr. McErlain,
I would like to bring to your attention some observations
about potential health hazards concerning a home on 16 wilder
4 Place in Florence.
1) abandoned cars left either on the street or in the back yard
2) old appliances left out in the yard - a hazard to young
children that are in the area.
3) broken windows in a third floor room that I understand
is a bedroom for one of the young people that live there .
(this has remained broken during this past -winter also)
4) numerous mattresses and other items stored on the front
porch - almost blocking the front door at times - how
could these people even get out in case of fire?
I have seen these as I walk on this street on the way to
the new bike path and hope that you can do something before
someone is injured.
