This letter is provided to inform the Northampton Building Department of the
following changes regarding the professional design consultant associated with
the Restorations and Renovations to Hubbard Hall Project at the Clarke
School, 47 Round Hill Road, Northampton, MA. Effective as of March 16, 2015,
the following consultant shall no longer be associated with this project:
• Walter Mcliveen &Associates, INC of 195 West Main Street in
Avon, Connecticut shall no longer be the Engineer of Record for
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing or Fire Protection work
associated with this project, and shall have no additional
participation or responsibilities in the project should the work move
forward,
Construction Documentation created by the above noted professional design
consultant for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection work have
been previously submitted to the City of Northampton Building Department for
review regarding this project. At this point in time I would kindly request that this
documentation be removed from the public record so it may no longer be
accessed or associated with the above project. Our firm will send a
representative to your offices at a time that is convenient for you to collect this
documentation.
