The proposed building is a single story, open floor plan, steel structure used for the production of concrete products. There is no requirement for air conditioning or cooling in this structure. Heating shall be designed to achieve sufficient ambient temperatures to properly achieve an overnight initial set of poured concrete products, approximately 55 degrees Fahrenheit minimum. This shall be achieved through the use of self-contained propane fired unit heaters suspended or mounted to the buildings roof/wall purloins. A licensed professional in compliance with Massachusetts and local codes shall do installation of these units. Lighting shall be sufficient to achieve 2.2watt/sq.ft.evenly spread throughout the building.Lighting is to be installed by a licensed electrician in compliance with Massachusetts and local codes.
