Based upon the evidence presented to the Board, the Board made the follow- !. 1 ing findings in regard to the special permit: .i 1. The Board, noting that the petition was initially submitted for a variance, unanimously voted to treat the petition as a ji request for a special permit on the grounds that the Padeck's �f had not been properly advised on their application, and the Eproperty was made nonconforming under the present Zoning I Ordinance. 2. Treated as a petition for a special permit, it was found by the Board that the proposed use is listed in the Table of Use Regulations. 3. The proposed use will not generate traffic nor impair pedes- it safety because it will not impinge on the public right 1 of way, nor result in an increase in the number of people oc- cupying the home. 4. The proposed use will not overload the public systems since I there will be no additional use of plumbing or electrical facilities. 5.
