Dear Tony:
I enclose the Zoning Permit I received this week for Audubon Road. I also enclose a copy of my
letter of January 10, 2003 noting the recording of the Zoning Board of Appeals Decision overturning your
decision denying the Zoning Permit Application filed on August 28, 2002.
It was a strange hearing at the ZBA. You did not appear to defend your decision. Neither the law,
nor the facts supported a denial of the Zoning Permit and the only rationale I could give to my clients for
the denial and appeal was that you wanted to make new law. While they were not happy about spending
$2,000 on appeal, their conclusion was that the decision was based on the impression that John is a "rich"
doctor.
In any event, after the ZBA decision, the lot was sold to Timothy Parsons, so the owner on January
22, 2003 is not Lynne Parsons.
