During an inspection of your business at 176 Pine Street on February 27th in conjunction with
the Northampton Health Department. The following is a list of violations of the Massachusetts State
Building Code where discovered and must be corrected then reinspected.
Rear emergency exit door cannot be covered with a cloth.
Power strip are over loaded and being used as permanent power supplies. Extension
• cords cannot be used as a permanent power supply. Outlets must be added and the
appliances must be plugged directly into them.
Please let me know when the work is complete and I will schedule a reinspection.
