Although there is no change in the substantive effect of the designation of the Watershed Protection District in this case, the drafting error will be corrected in order to avoid any possible confusion in the future. Hodgkinson as Agent for the Audubon Company for a Special Permit to construct warehouse and office additions to ex- isting buildings of the Berkshire hlectric Cable Company. Based upon evidence presented to the Board, the Board made the following findings in regard to the Special Permit'.: 1. The requested use is listed in the Table of Use Regulations. 2. The proposed additions bear a positive relationship to the public good in that they will enable a local industry to expand and prosper. 3 . The proposed use will not create undue traffic congestion since adequate off—street parking will be available, and the minimal amount of pedestrian traffic on the adjacent road will not be impaired. 4. The proposed use will not overload public facilities or be deleterious to the health, morals or welfare of the com- munity as waste materials will not be discharged into the storm sewer, sanitary system or the Mill River. 5. The proposed additions will not impair the character or integrity of the neighborhood as the requested use is al- lowed in this district. b.
