Leeds are planning to file for a variance from the zoning regulations of the City of Northampton for the purpose of constructing an addition to an existing room in our home.As shown by the sketch below the addition would be 10 feet wide by 14 feet long and would be on the northwest corner of the house. The addition would be a single story and would face the Cantarella property on the north and the street on the east. The addition would conform to all zoning regulations with the exception that on the north side of the house the addition would be 14 feet from the property line shared with the Cantarella property instead of the required 20 feet. This is the reason we seek the variance. You will receive a notice from the City of Northampton informing you of a hearing at which our request may be acted on. If at the present time you do not object to our proposed plan we., would appreciate it if you would sign below.
