Dickinson for a Special Permit under the Provisions of Section 6.13 of the Northampton Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of creating a Flag Lot on the northerly side of Audubon Road, Leeds, more specifically Parcel 18 of Sheet 5 of the Northampton Assessor' s Maps.
