Building Code .

VIOLATION PENALTIES: A person who shall violate a provision
of the Basic Code shall be punishable by a fine of not more
than one thousand dollars ($1 , 000) or by imprisonment for not
more than one year, or both, for each violation. Each day
during which any portion of a violation continues shall
constitute a separate offense.

for the repair of motor vehicles. While we were there we observed

in auto repair work several engines on the floor,one engine on the
f .00r still hooked to a set of chain hoists. Around the area were
also tools used for the repair of auto bodies .Also several sections
of sheet metal body sections used in body repair.

There is no charge to anyone: for the use of the garage at anytime

He informed us that this is a continuing fued between the neigh-
