Dear Mr. Patillo,
Please let this letter serve as notice of Paradise Realty's intention to complete all
required landscaping designs in the spring of 2004. Due to the untimely weather
restrictions that we have faced during our construction of the building at 766 North King
Street,we have been delayed approx. 7 weeks. Because of this delay we have been
advised to hold all plantings until the Spring. Hampden Bank has been notified and has
informed us that the appropriate funds will be held in escrow until such atime that
plantings will be safe from cold weather.
If considerations arise regarding our landscaping delay please contact me at your
