Box 144 50 Center Street Northampton, MA 01060 RE: Hans Gregorski Property Line Dispute Dear Mr. Kaplan: In response to your request, I am writing to explain my opinion regarding an apparent encroachment onto Hans Gregorski's land by his southerly abutter. Mr. Gregorski's abutter erected a fence consisting of iron pipes and string. The fence appears to be approxiamtely one foot onto Mr. Gregorski's property at the edge of the street line and running to his back corner. This opinion is based on field reconnaissance and measurements between Mr. Gregorski's property corners. All monumentation was found and appeared to be undisturbed.
